According to a statement uploaded on the authority’s official Facebook page, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan administration has announced a plot adjustment plan for 4-marla commercial plots in Sectors P, T, and V to 1-Kanal Sectors A, F, L, X, and Y.

According to the specifics, the administration has dubbed it a ‘Golden Opportunity’ for commercial plot allottees because it provides several benefits such as increased investment value and plots in a better position.

According to reports, the transfer of plots classified as Feature/Non-Feature will occur via a poll conducted by the Board of Officers to ensure that the entire procedure is transparent. Additionally, prospective members may apply online through the authority’s website.

Members must apply the name of Additional Director Transfer DHA Multan, using the format specified on the website.

The forms will only be accessible from October 25 to November 25. Therefore interested parties are encouraged to act quickly. The DHA Multan administration guarantees members to preserve transparency due to the separate ballot for existing feature and non-feature plots.
