SAPM Sohrab visited the headquarters of the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) to address the concerns of Pakistanis living abroad.

This initiative aligns precisely with the vision of the caretaker prime minister to strengthen support for Pakistanis living abroad. The Complaint Monitoring Cell (CMC) is a platform for expatriate Pakistanis to register their complaints and receive prompt and effective resolutions.

The introduction of a dedicated Universal Access Number (UAN) at +92 51 111 040 040 is one of the CMC’s main features. In addition, two WhatsApp numbers (+92 301 9872195 & +92 306 0329901) have been provided to facilitate the registration of complaints by Pakistanis living abroad. A user-friendly web portal (https://opf.pitb.gov.pk) for an Online Complaint Management System has been established for added convenience, allowing for the submission and monitoring of complaints.

In addition, SAPM Sohrab emphasized the priority of the interim government to foster a mutually beneficial relationship between Pakistan and overseas Pakistanis in order to enhance facilities and service delivery.
