The CDA board of directors has approved bids for 22 commercial plots

CDA authorized the highest bids for 22 of the 24 commercial plots auctioned by the authority in the first week of this month during its meeting.

However, the board rejected the highest proposals made for two commercial plots because they were lower than expected. The Capital Development Authority’s Board of Directors met for the ninth time on Monday at CDA Headquarters, chaired by Chairman Amir Ali Ahmed.

Nayyar Ali Dada, Iftikhar Hassan Arif, Ali Asghar Khan, and Dr Muhammad Ali were among the board members that attended the meeting. They approved the sixth and seventh meetings’ decisions. In addition, from July 1, 2019, the board approved an increase in the mess and uniform allowance for 1122 permanent nurses in the Directorate who work in BPS 16 and higher.

The meeting also resolved that the Islamabad bus service project would be launched soon, as well as development initiatives in Islamabad and the provision of quality services to people PC-2 for the smart city in the next six months. At the conference, we decided to start the initiative with 20 buses on four distinct routes. CDA will initially support the project but will establish a commercial business to administer the project on a commercial basis in the future.

They also obtained the authority to add 38 Kanals to the property of the third Muslim graveyard in Islamabad’s Sector H-13, which already has 80 kanals, so that inhabitants do not face any difficulties finding burial sites.

A committee of members from Quaid-e-Azam University’s Finance, Engineering, Administration, and Vice-Chancellor has been formed to report on establishing a museum for students at the university. At the board meeting, we will deliver the report. The panel also adopted the CDA Service Regulation 1992, including the right to pursue disciplinary action limited to the competent authority for an appointment..
