MDA conduct an auction of 100 commercial plots in Schemes 45 and 25-A

MDA to conduct an auction of 100 commercial plots in Schemes 45 and 25-A. The Malir Development Authority (MDA) Schemes the Malir Development Authority will auction off 45 and 25-A. Two different auctions will be placed on two consecutive days, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

In Taiser Town Scheme-45, the Metropolitan Development Authority (MDA) sells up to 64 commercial units in various categories for auction. These plots range in size from 60 square yards to 7000 square yards in the area.

Among the sectors in which plots are located are Sectors 84 and 85 as well as Sectors 48 and 38 and 80-1 and 72-1 and 1-76-04, 61-B and 63 and 9-1, 26-1 and 28-1 and 2-B as well as Sectors 33, 32-I, 32-II, and 33-III.

At least 36 commercial plots, ranging in size from 150 square yards to 800 square yards, would be auctioned off in various sectors under the Metropolitan Development Authority’s Scheme 25-A. This type of land is available in sectors 30-B, 30-F, 16-B, 17-A, 17-B, 17-C, 22-A, and 20-D, among other locations.

MDA budgets were approved by Wasa

MDA governing body approved yearly budgets of Rs5.534 billion and Rs5.648 billion for the MDA budget and the Water and Sanitation Agency, respectively, on Wednesday Wasa.

The conference agreed to a 10% ad hoc relief on salary on the instruction of the provincial government, as well as a 10% rise in the pension of both MDA and Wasa retired personnel. Furthermore, Rs2 billion had been set aside to relocate the iron, grain, and truck stand from their current locations. In contrast, Rs1.232 million had been set aside for non-development costs, such as salaries.

Rs256.128 million had been set aside for the authority’s current development initiatives, with Rs30 million set aside for the building of Vehari Road from BSG Chowk to Double Phattak and Rs150 million set aside for the construction of Khanewal Road from Eidgah Chowk to Chowk Kumharanwala.

A total of Rs1.244 billion has been set aside to build and repair roads in Fatima Jinnah Phases 1 and 2, New Shah Shams Colony, Model Town Phases 1 to 3, and the construction of a flyover on Madni Chowk.

MPA Sabeen Gul, MPA Muhammad Saleem Akhtar Labar, MDA DG Qaisar Saleem, Wasa MD Nasir Iqbal, commissioner’s representative Tanveer Ahmad Haraj, and others were present at the meeting, which was presided over by authority chairman Rana Abdul Jabbar.
