Al Kabir Town introduces the affordable Al-Kabir Orchard. According to a post on Al-Kabir Town’s official Facebook page on July 24, the developer has inaugurated Al-Kabir Orchard, the company’s first low-cost housing project. This venture offers 3 marla residential plots on a three-year payment plan. According to the announcement, the project will be inaugurated on August 1 at the Kala Shah Kaku Interchange on the important Grand Trunk (GT) Road. Plots are available on a three-year payment plan for PKR 200,000 with a booking deposit of that amount.

According to reports, the monthly payment for a plot is PKR 8,500. Developers in the low-cost housing industry are claimed to have launched their first residential project with this development. To help with the country’s housing shortage, the developers announced during the voting event that they will begin construction on a low-cost residential project of their own.
