Capital Smart City announced ownership of Sector F in Overseas East
Capital Smart City Islamabad has been giving out plots of land in different areas, one after the other. On the website for Capital Smart City, the management recently said that Sector F in Overseas East Block has been taken over.

Capital Smart City is Pakistan’s first smart city and the fourth in Asia. It is being built by FDHL, HRL, Surbana Jurong, and other local and international construction companies working together. On the Lahore-Islamabad Motorway, the housing complex is close to the New Islamabad International Airport (M-2).
It’s important to note that investors have already taken possession of Overseas East Block Sectors A, B, C, D, E, G, H, J, and K. Sector F was the only one left. The management of CSCI recently announced that they now own Sector F.
