DHA Multan issues reminder for surcharge incentive scheme for plots, villas

Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has reminded its valued consumers and members to take advantage of the surcharge incentive program by July 10th. On July 7, the authority posted a reminder on its official Facebook page.

The administration has specified that the deadline for all categories of properties and villas to take advantage of the incentive program is July 10, 2023. It is essential to note that this is the last opportunity to take advantage of the program, as no further extensions will be granted.

Notable is the fact that on February 28, 2023, DHA Multan implemented a surcharge waiver program for all plots and villas. Under this program, the following advantages are provided:

100% of the surcharge will be waived upon full payment of all installments.
The current owner’s surcharge will be adjusted accordingly.
