DHA Quetta announces direct sale of commercial, residential properties

The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has announced the direct sale of commercial and residential properties, according to a June 5 Facebook post on the authority’s official page.

According to the notice, the direct sale of DHA Quetta plots will occur on June 20 and 21, 2023. Here are the specifics of the available plots:

The administration has disclosed specific terms for the direct sale of DHA Quetta plots. They are listed below:

Investors or real estate agents who desire to participate in the direct sale of commercial and residential plots must register between June 6 and June 14 with DHA Quetta. There is a nonrefundable registration fee of PKR 5,000.
If they have a CNIC or NICOP, all Pakistani corporations, firms, and citizens can participate in the direct sale of plots.
Registration online is required for all investors and real estate agents. The registration link is accessible at www.dhaquetta.org, the authority’s official website.
On the day of the direct sale, investors and real estate agents must present hard copies of the registration forms for verification.
The customer proclaimed the winner in each category must make an immediate 10% down payment at the Finance Directorate/DHA Quetta counter. The remaining 90% of the amount must be deposited within thirty days of the winner’s announcement.

If a customer fails to pay the agreed-upon fees within the specified time frame, the commercial or residential plot will be declared instantaneously void. The amount deposited (if any) will be refunded, less a 20% deduction.
Without prior notice, DHA Quetta reserves the right to terminate the direct sale of any commercial or residential plot.
