DHA Quetta announces residential and commercial property waivers
The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) in Quetta has announced a surcharge waiver initiative for residential and commercial plots in 2023 via a Facebook post published on April 28. In an effort to implement customer-friendly policies, the administration is waiving the surcharge for residential and commercial landowners.

This initiative is offered by the DHA Quetta in three categories. Here are the specifics of the waiver program:
- On payment of all development charge instalments, 5-marla marketing customers will receive a 100 percent discount on the surcharge.
- The proprietors of residential plots awarded by public ballot who pay all installments in full will receive a 40% discount on the surcharge.
- The proprietors of commercial ballot plots who pay all installments in full receive a 35% discount on the surcharge.
According to the fine print, this offer is valid until May 31. The administration has requested that owners pay their installments immediately in order to take advantage of this incredible offer.
