The DHA administration has asked reputable, eligible, and experienced construction developers and firms with a valid license from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2022-23 in the category C2 or above to submit sealed bids using the “Single Stage, Two Envelope” procedure for the development/construction of infrastructure in Sector A.

From November 17 to November 25, you can get the bidding documents from the office of the DHA Quetta Town Planning & Building Control (TP&BC) Director during office hours. For interested parties to get the documents, they must send a written request on the company’s letterhead and a Pay Order in the amount of PKR 50,000 made out to DHA Quetta. This fee is non-refundable.

The government also said that sealed technical and financial proposals (one original and two copies) must be sent to Director Town Planning and Building Control, DHA Quetta, Main DHA Office, Airport Road, Quetta Cantt., by December 9. It was said that the DHA has the right, according to the rules and regulations, to turn down any or all firms. Documents that aren’t complete will be thrown out and not counted. Developers or construction firms that aren’t registered with PEC won’t be able to put in a bid.
