Directives issued to expedite PC-1 preparation of LHR-SHW-BHP Motorway

A news source reported on July 8 that the National Highway Authority (NHA) has been directed to expedite preparations for the PC-I of the Lahore-Sahiwal-Bahawalpur Motorway project.

According to the specifics, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has requested that the NHA expedite the work on the project’s PC-I. The premier is anticipated to visit Khudian later this month to inaugurate the significant highway construction project.

In addition, the NHA has requested that the deputy commissioners of six districts, including Lahore, Kasur, Okara, Sahiwal, Pakpattan, and Bahawalpur, submit Mauza-wise valuation tables in order to expedite the compilation of the project’s PC-I.
