FGEHA inaugurates phone center to assist members and customers

The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) opened a call center in Islamabad on July 2 to help its members and clients. This was reported in the national dailies.

According to the facts, FGEHA General Director Tariq Rashid opened the call center. Clients and members can call the Universal Access Number (UAN) 111134342 for help, to file complaints, etc. IT Deputy Director Asim Amir gave a briefing on the call centre while Director General Ahmed Hassan, Director of Estate Syed Kazim Abbas, Director of Staff Muhammad Irfan Ch, and Director of Administration Ahmed Baksh Sangi told the call centre team how to talk to callers.
