According to the official website of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), commercial plots in Sectors G-13 and G-14 (Class-III) of Islamabad are up for auction. On September 12 and 13, a variety of sized business plots will be up for sale.

A gas filling station land will also be up for auction, and it will take place on September 12 at 10 AM at Aura Grande, E-11, Islamabad. On the commercial plots being auctioned off in Sectors G-13 and G-14, the purchasers will receive a 10% discount when making an advance lump-sum payment. The locations are excellent for the construction of banks, corporate offices, and multipurpose companies. The plots are well situated next to the Metro Station, GT Road, and N-5 on the Main Srinagar Highway. Additionally, it is reachable via the M-1 and M-2 highways and the Islamabad International Airport. It was emphasized that anyone might participate in the auction, including the general public and Pakistanis living abroad or their registered solicitors.
