LDA provides information on the auctioned plots in various housing projects
According to news reports on August 4th, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has disclosed information regarding the auctioned plots in several housing developments. 13 residential and commercial plots were auctioned off by the administration, raising PKR 140 million.

The information about the residential and business plots up for auction is as follows: At Vegetable Marke-Iqbal Town, commercial land number 13 sold at auction for more than PKR 11 million. The Vegetable Market-Iqbal Town commercial land number 14 sold at auction for PKR 130 million. The Vegetable Market-Iqbal Town commercial land No. 16 sold at auction for PKR 10 million. The price of the commercial plot No. 203 in Block B of the Packages neighborhood was approximately PKR 10 million. More than PKR 8 million was paid at auction for Quaid-e-Azam Town’s commercial plot No. 6 in Sector D-1. More than PKR 10 million was paid at auction for commercial land No. 43B, H-1, Johar Town. For PKR 10 million, commercial land No. 43 H-1 in Johar Town was sold at auction. More than PKR 9 million was paid at auction for commercial site No. 44B H-1 in Johar Town. The residential site at 237 F in Sabzazar was also put up for auction.
