Lahore: According to the news source, the National Highway Authority (NHA) grants Lahore Smart City (LSC) access from Ring Road via letter NHA/ROW/NOC-P/2023/33 dated August 15, 2023. It is a project developed by Habib Rafique Pvt. Ltd. and Future Development Holdings Pvt. Ltd. that has been approved by the LDA.

  • Conditions of the previously submitted commitment by LSC will be adhered to in letter and spirit.
