Punjab’s Environment Dept gets buildings in 5 divisional headquarters

Rawalpindi: Buildings for the Environment Department will be built in five divisional headquarters, according to news from December 31, 2022. This was approved by the Punjab government.

The new buildings will be built in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Dera Ghazi Khan, and Faisalabad was brought up. The cost of these projects is estimated to be PKR 1,308 billion. The projects are scheduled to be done by June 30, 2024.

The environment department says these buildings will be built as part of the annual development program. At first, the Communication and Works Department was told to send a summary of the Faisalabad environment complex with changes. Meanwhile, work will begin as planned on the other buildings. It was also said that labs for the environment would be set up in the same five divisions.
