The 2nd PVC Overseas Block Ballot will be held in October
Islamabad: In accordance with information from our trustworthy sources, Park View City Islamabad has announced the second voting date for the Overseas Block. The voting ceremony is scheduled for October. The PVC administration will shortly make the final, confirmed date public.

One of Park View City’s most promising neighborhoods is the Overseas Block. At affordable prices, it provides both residential and business plots. This block offers residential plots of 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal, as well as 5 Marla worth of commercial space.
There would be a ballot for every investor who was unable to participate in the initial voting. Voting would be open to investors who have made half of their instalment payments. A 10% discount will be offered to those who pay the past-due instalments. In addition, if investors paid in 100% instalments, at least 1000 would receive plots in possession.
Within the Park View City Islamabad Overseas Block, construction is moving forward quickly. Within the following 8 to 10 months, the development work should be completed.
