According to the facts, the FGEHA didn’t give plots in the first and second categories to employees of constitutional bodies in the Park Road Housing Scheme because of lawsuits and other problems with the housing scheme. But the problem has been fixed, and consent letters of allotment will be sent out after all the legal and statutory paperwork is done.

Also, it was said that the number of plots in the housing scheme had been set aside for registered members of “Constitutional bodies/quota” based on the approved quota. It’s important to remember that the Building Codes of Pakistan 2007 were made by the Ministry of Housing and Works with help from NESPAK, the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), and other groups.
