ADB declines to provide funding for the Malir Motorway in Karachi

Lahore: To improve transparency in the property registration procedure, South Punjab Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Capt (rtd) Saqib Zafar instructed administrative secretaries to develop an e-registration system.

The ACS directed the pertinent agencies to take action to enhance good governance and service delivery during a meeting. Public complaints about fraud and corruption will be addressed with the implementation of the electronic registration system. The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), an electronic stamping system, and the e-registration system will all be connected.

The ACS added that the use of this system will eliminate all opportunities for tax evasion and document loss. He continued by saying that will be helpful.

Lahore: South Punjab Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Capt (rtd) Saqib Zafar gave administrative secretaries instructions to create an electronic registration system in order to increase transparency in the property registration process.

During a meeting, the ACS ordered the relevant organisations to take action to improve good governance and service delivery. Implementing the electronic registration system will address public complaints about fraud and corruption. There will be a connection between the National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), an electronic stamping system, and the e-registration system.

The ACS further stated that by using this approach, there will be no possibility of tax evasion or document loss. That will be useful, he continued.
