Blue World City releases Awami Block registration payment plan

Blue World City is a project by the Blue Group of Companies to build homes with international standards (BGC). Different blocks in the housing complex have different kinds of homes and businesses for rent. Blue World City’s Awami Block has duplex units that are separate from each other and come with high-tech amenities for a luxurious life. The management recently shared the payment plan for the 4.5 Marla plot in Awami Block over the next 4 years.
The registration plan is summed up below:
PKR 1,080,000 is the total cost of registration.
PKR 87,500 is the down payment.
The fees for confirmation are PKR 43,750
Each of the 40 monthly payments is worth PKR 8,750.
Each of the 8 half-yearly payments is worth PKR 49,219
The cost to take possession is PKR 205,000.
The final discount rate is PKR 875,000 after the possession charges are waived.
