CDA extends the submission deadline for property taxes

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) in Islamabad has extended the deadline for paying property taxes until October 31, according to a notice on the authority’s website.

The authority has extended the deadline for paying property taxes and is giving a 5% rebate to all taxpayers, whether they live in a house or a business. Also, the CDA has put in place the following ways to pay taxes:

Customers who live in their own homes and missed the deadline of September 30 must get new or updated bills from the CDA website or from the Directorate of Revenue.
CDA has made tax payments easier by automating them. This is to improve the tax return process and make things easier for consumers. People who live in Islamabad can now pay their taxes online through services like 1Link, HBL, and MCB banking apps, or by going to the local bank branch.
