DHA Quetta seeks offers for A-1, Smart City development

Quetta: According to a July 30 ad in a leading daily, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta administration has requested bids for the development work in sub-sector A-1 of DHA Quetta Smart City (Phase-1).According to the tender notice, the administration is seeking sealed proposals from reputable builders and developers that hold a category C-1 or higher licence from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the fiscal year 2022–2023.

The “Single-Stage-Two-Envelope” approach must be followed when submitting bids for the building of leftover infrastructure at subsector A-1. Additionally, from August 1 through August 15, the bidding materials are accessible at the Town Planning and Building Control (TP & BC) Director’s office. After making a written request on the company letterhead and paying the non-refundable specified bid documents fee of PKR 50,000 per set in favor of DHA Quetta as a pay order, the bidding document may be obtained during business hours. The deadline for submitting a properly completed, sealed technical and financial proposal (one original and two copies) is August 20. The administration also provided the following guidelines for submitting bids: Documents that are incomplete will be rejected because they are non-responsive. DHA According to the requirements of the laws and regulations, Quetta has the right to reject any or all enterprises in its own discretion.
