FGEHA announces the payment deadline for Lifestyle Residency

According to March 21 news reports, the Federal Government Housing Authority (FGEHA) has announced the deadline for Lifestyle Residency allotees to settle all outstanding payments. The outstanding instalments for the Lifestyle Residency Project in Sector G-13, Islamabad are due on or before March 31.

According to the news source, failing to comply will result in a surcharge. To encourage quick payment, the FGEHA has announced a last amnesty that will eliminate 70% of surcharges. To avoid surcharges, the authorities advises allotees to take advantage of the amnesty and pay their installments.

According to the specifications, the Lifestyle Residence Project encompasses a 10-acre property with seven towers, one of which is still under construction. The FGEHA has assured the recipients that every effort is being made to finish and deliver the project as promptly as feasible.
