Lahore-Multan Motorway: NHA to develop near Jaranwala

Lahore-Multan Motorway: NHA will construct a service area close to Jaranwala. On July 21, various news outlets stated that Islamabad’s National Highway Authority (NHA) has made the decision to develop a service facility along the Lahore-Multan Motorway (M3) in order to make commuting more convenient for drivers. The feasibility study and detailed design will both be contracted out by the authority using the tendering process.

According to what has been reported, the authorities have sent Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to businesses in the relevant industry that hold current registration certificates from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). In addition, the requests for proposals (RFPs) will be conducted using a system known as “Single Stage Two Envelops” in order to speed up the work, lower expenses, and cut down on delays. In this regard, the National Housing Authority (NHA) Islamabad Head Quarters (HQ) would host a pre-proposal meeting to evaluate the companies and discuss the requirements.

 

The suggestions, which are therefore exhaustive in every respect, need to be delivered to the authority in sealed envelopes on or before August 16, 2022 at 11:30 AM at the office of the General Manager (P&CA), NHA, HQ 28-Mauve Area, G-9/1, Islamabad. The deadline for the proposals is August 16, 2022. Lahore-Multan Motorway: NHA will construct a service area close to Jaranwala.
