RDA to take strict action against all Illegal Constructions

Rawalpindi: The Director-General of Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), Muhammad Saif Anwar Jappa, has ordered to speed up all the actions against the illegal construction in the city.

All the developments, buildings, institutions, and residencies which are illegally built shall be on their way to instant removal. Considering the current scenario, four schools which include 2 Beaconhouse, 2 Silver Oaks School, Jinnah Foundation School which is in the Asghar Mall Schemes, and Kamal Laboratory in the Civil Line Housing Scheme will be included.

As per the recent reports coming directly from the RDA spokesperson, all the above-mentioned constructions have been sealed. While talking further on the matter, the spokesperson reiterated that all the residential and commercial illegal constructions particularly in the Asghar Mall Schemes and Civil Line Housing Scheme have been targeted.  Not to forget that all the actions taken are complete as per the law.

Talking about the authorities, the spokesperson talked about the Enforcement squad which was on the forefront. He further said that even the Assistant Director of Building Control, Assistant Director of Land, and others were involved.
