The Akbar Chowk project, which would cost PKR 3.10 billion and take four months to complete, will contain a 700-meter-long flyover and a 540-meter-long underpass. On one of the city’s busiest roadways, the project is anticipated to reduce traffic congestion once it is finished.
According to the advertisement, the flyover will connect traffic coming and departing from Shauq Chowk and Peco Road, while the underpass will have two lanes and connect traffic coming from Faisal Town and College Road Township. Also, the facility is anticipated to accommodate more than 100,000 vehicles each day, saving fuel and reducing commuting times.
