The govt approves around Rs10 billion to uplift schemes
LAHORE: The Punjab government has given the green light to seven different development plans, which are estimated to cost Rs10.47 billion.
Monday was the 20th meeting of the Provincial Development Working Group (PDWP) for the current fiscal year 2022-23. These plans were approved at that meeting. The Planning and Development Board Chairman Abdullah Khan Sumbal was in charge of the meeting.

The approved development plans included fixing up a 24.5-kilometer road from Bhowana to Aminpur Road in District Chiniot at a cost of Rs1.22 billion, fixing up the district boundary from Khushab to Daal More on the Khushab-Muzaffargarh Road in District Jhang at a cost of Rs2.94 billion, fixing up the road from Jhang Shorkot Kabirwala Road Adda Doli Shaheed to Toba Tek Singh (Ma
