The IUB syndicate has committed on a budget of Rs7 billion

Bahawalpur: Bahawalpur Islamia University (IUB) syndicate adopted a budget of Rs7.20 billion for the current fiscal year, with a record allocation of Rs3.57 billion for the university’s development projects.

The syndicate approved creating an IUB sub-campus in Liquatpur in Rahim Yar Khan, a cotton breeding institute, opening the department of civil aviation sciences and technology and the launch of BS programs in aircraft maintenance and aviation management.

The discussion also covered the HEC’s plagiarism policy as well as other academic and administrative issues.
