CDA Board Meeting – Approves several important Projects

Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority- CDA Board meeting was called on Saturday and decided on several pending and new projects. Led by the CDA Chairman, captain Nur-ul-Amin Mengal, the board finalized on starting of the CDA capital Medical College in Islamabad. Moreover, the member planning along with the member state’s directive has been sent to follow up on the project immediately.

Later in the meeting, the board also decided on placing multiple filtration plants around the capital vicinity. While the maintenance onus will be on the business sector. In addition, the CDA then further discussed the FBR academy and issued permission to provide the land to the project. While being at it, the chairman also brought up the issue of looking into all the commercial and residential properties which reside exactly on the boundaries of Islamabad-Rawalpindi.

It is also pertinent to mention that the Kahota Triangle matter for Brigade and Dispensary was under the discourse lens and after going through the intricacies – the board decided to allocate the needed space. Moreover, towards the end of the meeting – the board also agreed on establishing an Archery Club in F-9 Park Islamabad.
