CDA-DWP gives nod to PC-1 of development projects in Islamabad

Islamabad’s July 12 news article reported that the Capital Development Authority Development Working Party (CDA-DWP) had authorized the PC-I of several construction projects, including the construction of four new neighborhoods.

CDA Chairman Noorul Amin Mengal presided over a CDA-DWP meeting when C-13, C-14, E-13, and F-13 were approved for construction. The 11th Avenue project’s PC-I application was also accepted.

A PKR 1,078,000,000 project with a 12-month deadline was approved for Sector C-13. The project’s goal is to create homes and apartments in the beautiful setting of the capital city of Islamabad, and it conforms to the Islamabad Master Plan.

Sector D-13 received PKR 10,249.348 million, and sector E-13 received PKR 12,274.370 million, both for development purposes. Residential lots of varying sizes will be offered in these developments to appeal to a wide range of buyers. The timetable for both industries is three years.

There will be residential plots of varying sizes built on the PKR 12,676.494 million allotted for development in Sector F-13. As with the other project, this one should wrap up in three years.

Also, the meeting approved the PC-I for the $2,930.078 million extension of Margalla Avenue, the $19,350 million construction of 11th Avenue, the $2,298.77 million completion of Multi-Purpose Citizen Club G-10, and the $4,252 million national bus terminal.
