Based on how well the two countries work together, the new corridors will be made up of digital, industrial, environmental, and health corridors. He said that the deal was made during the recent trip to China by Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif. Shiren said that the project will help the Pakistani government and people by making the country’s social and economic conditions better. He also said that Phase 1 of the CPEC development work is almost done and that the government is now working on Phase 2, which is about improving the country’s industrial foundation.

It’s important to know that CPEC is a USD 64 billion project that involves both Pakistan and China working together. This also includes long-term projects to improve infrastructure, energy, and industry, like the creation of Special Economic Zones (SEZs).
