Kings Town Executive Block balloting charges deadline shared

Lahore: According to a post on the project’s official social media website, Al Kabir Developers has announced the deadline for submitting ballot charges for the Executive Block of Kings Town Phase II. Residential plots of 8, 10, and 1 kanal must pay the ballot fees.

The residential plots in the Executive Block of Kings Town Phase II must be submitted with the balloting fee by April 20. (Thursday). The valued members have till April 20 to deposit their last installments and balloting fees. The ballot will not include the defaulting members.

The following amounts make up the balloting fee:

• PKR 800,000 for 8-marla plots

• PKR 900,000 for plots measuring 10 marla

• PKR 1,200,000 for plots of one kanal.

The project’s developer reaffirmed its dedication to provide the participants the best amenities.
