According to the post, Walk & Shop Shopping Arena is a huge project with 84 stores and places to have fun, like a theme park, train track, zipline, mini golf course, food court, play area for kids, and an amphitheater. The person in charge said that the length of the lease hasn’t been decided yet.

Firms that are interested must send sealed pre-qualification applications to the office of the LDA Chief Engineer-II in Johar Town by December 5 at 12 p.m. The authority also says that firms that are registered with the Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and other related authorities can submit bids for pre-qualification.

International companies that are interested in the project and are registered with the right authorities can also apply in joint ventures (JVs) with local companies. But those JVs have to be registered with the SECP and other local authorities.

With a PKR 10,000 pay order made out to the authority, you can get the pre-qualification bid documents from the office of the LDA Chief Engineer-II during office hours. You can also download the bid documents from the websites of the LDA and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
