According to a tweet made on the Defence Housing administration (DHA) Multan’s official social media account on April 26, the administration has started selling 1-kanal location plots directly to various societal groups.

The article further claims that the DHA Multan management is keeping its commitment to the city to offer top-notch living options. Those who purchase these lots can immediately begin building their own home. These plots’ development costs can be paid off in three years. The administration also said that owners who build grey additions to their homes within a year will be eligible for a 50% development fee reduction.
