DHA Quetta 8 Marla Villas: Extension of the deadline for EOI filing

According to a statement made on the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta’s official Facebook page on April 26, the deadline for the submission of Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the construction of 8-marla Villas on the “Payment Schedule Sale Model” has been extended.

According to the post, the administration has extended the deadline for submitting an EOI for the DHA Villas to May 10, 2023, in response to popular demand. The DHA team has asked the interested firms to send the EOI and the following papers to the Director of Town Planning & Building Control DHA Quetta:

  • description of the business
  • five-year financial statement
  • History of similar projects
  • ongoing projects at the moment
