The sectors mentioned in the details are E-12, I-12, C-15, and C-16, all of which had experienced considerable delays. CDA Chairman Anwarul Haq, who presided over the meeting to examine the status of these sectors, voiced worry over the poor rate of development work and gave the engineering wing instructions to immediately address roadblocks and speed up the entire process.

Chairman Haq stressed the significance of timely development and said that any delays in the development of these sectors would not be accepted. He also emphasized the growing need for housing units in Islamabad and emphasized that the CDA must offer developed plots so that people can build houses.

Another meeting has been organized by Chairman Haq to examine the difficulties unique to the industry in depth and to discuss workable solutions. Additionally, he has given the engineering and estate wings instructions to conduct in-depth research and offer well-thought-out recommendations to address the challenges impeding development in these vital industries.
