This new housing program for Pakistanis living abroad was launched on Thursday during a meeting presided over by CDA Chairman Captain (R) Anwarul Haque. The project, which is situated next to Kuri Road and next to Park Road, has 14,000 kanals of land, meeting attendees were informed. This project’s plots will only be advertised and offered for sale to foreigners in US dollars, which will also help to bolster foreign exchange reserves.

It was emphasized that the CDA has already approved the hiring of a design consultant who would be in charge of carrying out crucial study regarding, among other things, traffic management, hydrology, and environmental impact. The expert will also create the infrastructure design and guarantee that all contemporary conveniences are effortlessly incorporated into the plan.
