In the area of Hyderabad, a freight train comes to a stop

Near Hyderabad, a freight train comes to a stop. People in Karachi, Pakistan, aren’t able to use the up-country rail line because seven freight cars fell off near Latifabad Unit No 7.

The Pakistan Railways Chief Executive Officer called for an investigation soon after, suspending Grade-17 Assistant Engineer Manzoor and Grade-16 Permanent Works Inspector Shehzad for not doing their jobs.

Ranjha, the CEO of the company, told the divisional superintendent to get the rail traffic back up and make sure the passengers didn’t have any problems.

Railway officials said that the freight train came off the rails as it neared the Hyderabad railway station.

There was a stop at Kotri for the trains that were going to Hyderabad rail station.

Some heavy machinery was used to put the bogies back on the track, and it would take a few hours to get the rail traffic moving again.
