Muree Road Flyover will get Major Updates Soon

Rawalpindi:  Metropolitan Corporation Rawalpindi has been ordered by Rawalpindi Division Commissioner to illuminate urban areas by installing LEDs lighting on either ways of the 6th Road & Chandni Chowk Flyover.

As far as we are aware, LED installation will commence the following week. Additionally, MCR Chief Officer Imran Ali stated that in accordance with the Commissioner’s directives, antiquated city lights will be transformed for the first time into costly LED lights.

In addition, after forty years of illicit occupation, the MCR has reclaimed Khayaban Park in preparation for the construction of a contemporary public park. The park will be transferred to the Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) upon its conclusion.

The MCR is further committed to preserving Rawalpindi’s aesthetic appeal and combating encroachment in accordance with the Commissioner’s directives.
