Soon, DHAI-R will offer limited plots in the Overseas Sector
A post on the official Facebook page of the Defense Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi (DHAI-R) from November 15 says that the exclusive Overseas Sector is now open for business.
According to the details, the DHAI-R administration will soon start selling limited 1 kanal residential plots in the Overseas Sector. The plots will be easy to pay for over up to three years. The post also said that people should be able to move into these residential plots by December 2024.

The Overseas Sector will also have modern amenities and facilities, easy payment plans, and top-notch security. In a video that the authority shared, it was said that the allotment will be done by ballot within two weeks after the campaign ends. The fee to process plots is PKR 20,000. (non-refundable).
