Bhara Kahu’s Green Enclave development resumes, plot delivery next

According to a July 6 news report, FGEHA Director General Tariq Rashid announced that 800 plots in the Green Enclave-I, located in Bhara Kahu, will shortly be officially handed over to the allottees.

In a press briefing, the Director General emphasized that the development of Green Enclave-I is proceeding swiftly. He reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to expeditiously delivering the pledged possession to the allottees.

In addition, he directed the relevant authorities to complete work on Green Enclave-I’s infrastructure, including its electricity, gas conduit, and sewage systems. In addition, after a temporary suspension of development work since April 2022, the Green Enclave-I project was restarted last month. This restart has resulted in significant progress and development of the undertaking as a whole.
