CBD sells retail spaces in its renowned “AXIS” project

Lahore: On October 9, the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), also known as CBD, announced the launch of a new landmark project called “AXIS” in the CBD Quaid Retail District. The project offers 10 retail units for sale as finished shell and core.

These retail spaces in the CBD’s Axis are provided with ground-plus-3/4 levels and have a about 32,000 square foot gross area. To express interest, potential participants can call 0331-111-1063 or visit www.cbdpunjab.gov.pk/axis. It was emphasized that the project’s delivery is scheduled for 3 years from now and that the units will be offered with a 4-year payment schedule.
