A post on the authority’s social media account on July 4 said that the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Bahawalpur administration held a training session on customer service on June 27 and 28.

“Mastering Customer Care for Marketing Excellence” was the title of the training session, which was about the details. This training helped the people who went to improve their leadership, communication, customer service, and sales skills.
Also, from June 29 to 30, the DHA Bahawalpur administration held another training session on how to negotiate. The aim of these training sessions is to help people learn new skills and improve the ones they already have.
