KDA has been told to put the complaint management system into place

Karachi: According to a news source on September 13, Sindh Government Additional Chief Secretary Manzoor Ali Sheikh ordered the Karachi Development Authority’s KDA Director General (DG) to swiftly put in place a complaint handling system to ensure public comfort.

The specifics state that during a recent meeting with a delegation from the Karachi Development Authority (KDA), Sheikh underlined the significance of making optimum use of the resources at hand and emphasized the need to make KDA a financially secure organization. He required the authority’s website to include real-time updates of land records, tenders, and auction information.

Additionally, Additional Chief Secretary Sheikh demanded a focus on boosting revenue and recovery and threatened those who disobeyed with dire consequences if they didn’t comply. In order to improve the functionality of the IT infrastructure, he also issued orders for the implementation of an enterprise resource planning system.
