The administration is dismantling unauthorized structures without restriction as part of this anti-encroachment program. In order to achieve this goal, the CDA’s Enforcement Directorate conducted a substantial operation in Sector I-12/2 and I-12/3 that targeted illegally built facilities, including animal barns. Together with heavy equipment, this activity was carried out in cooperation with other departments. It was emphasized that these intrusions had impeded the sector’s continuous development efforts. In order to speed up development initiatives, the operation reclaimed about 300 kanals of land and gave it to the sector development authority.

Additionally, the parking lots and streets of Rawal Town were included in the same operation. To alleviate the parking concerns in the neighborhood, street stalls in Sector F-7 Markaz were also eliminated. Additionally, a number of buildings in G T Road Zone II were shut because they did not follow building regulations.
