Seven businesses have been pre-qualified for the Sagian Road project

Seven businesses have been pre-qualified for the Sagian Road project. The Lahore Development Authority (LDA), according to recent reports, has produced a list of prequalified firms for the Sagian Road project. Seven companies have qualified for the PKR 3.4 billion development project targeted at resolving the city’s traffic congestion problem, according to the notification.

According to sources, LDA Chief Engineer Mazhar Hussain Khan has sent a letter to qualifying firms, indicating that a bidding process will follow. Among the organisations that have qualified for the program are Habib Construction Services, Khalid Roof Company, Saadullah Khan Brothers, KNK Private Limited, National Logistics Company (NLC), Sultan Mahmood & Co., and Zoriz Engineering Company.

It is critical to note that the Sagian Road restoration project is a component of the Punjab government’s multibillion-rupee provincial capital road infrastructure development project. According to Project Concept-1, a road would be constructed from Sagian Road to Phol Mandi Chowk and on to Faizpur Interchange (PC-1). The route is one of the busiest in the city, since it is used by commuters and heavy traffic to enter and exit the city.
