The CDA board has accepted the layout plan for I-14 Markaz. According to reports, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) Board authorized an amendment to the Sector I-14 Markaz layout plan on Monday 3rd January. The meeting was chaired by CDA Chairman Amer Ali Ahmed and covered administrative matters.

Additionally, the meeting resolved matters pertaining to the issuance of a construction permit for Islamabad Highway pursuant to PPRA Rule 42. (f). The project aims to reduce commute times and alleviate challenges faced by regular commuters on the Koral-Rawat route.

Additionally, at the meeting, it was agreed to establish a committee to regularize contractual workers based on appropriate criteria. Additionally, the chairman CDA paid visits to several districts of the city to observe Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Clean and Green Initiative. The CDA is now planting around 0.4 million plants of various varieties.

The layout plan for I-14 Markaz has been approved by the CDA board of directors.
