The High Rise Flats-Hayatabad will be finished by October 2022, it was said. During the meeting, the provincial minister of housing told the people in charge to speed up work on the Peri-Urban Housing Projects and finish the master plan for the Dangram Media Colony by June 15.

322 households in GB will receive land tenure titles. With help from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), the Gilgit-Baltistan government changed its policies and gave secure land titles to 322 households in Kharfaq village in Ghanche district on Monday.

Under Gilgit-Economic Baltistan’s Transformation Initiative (ETI), about 30,000 households will get secure land titles for a total of 50,000 acres of land. ETI is a seven-year project that the UK government and IFAD are paying for together. Women who ran their own homes also benefited and got land titles.

Securing land title has been difficult, and land titling in Gilgit-undeveloped Baltistan’s areas has been on hold for 36 years. This has been a significant problem for the population regarding investing in land development, agribusiness, and, most importantly, using it as collateral to access formal finance.

At the regional office of the Economic Transformation Initiative in Skardu, Hubert Boirard, who is in charge of IFAD in Pakistan, and Shuja Alam, in order of the Baltistan Division, gave land titles to families.

FGEHA instructs contractors to hasten housing project work

News sources said that on Monday, June 6, the Federal Government Housing Authority (FGEHA) asked contractors working on its apartments and housing projects to speed up their work.

During a meeting of the FGEHA board, which was led by Minister for Housing and Works Maulana Abdul Wasey, it was decided to speed up the work.

Contractors were asked to speed up work on the Kashmir Avenue Apartments, G-13 Chaklala Heights, and Skyline Apartments in Islamabad at the meeting. In addition, Minister Wasay asked the authorities to ensure that the apartments for government workers were finished and given to them on time.

It is important to note that there are 3,432 apartments in the Chaklala Scheme and 3,945 apartments in the Skyline Apartments. The Kasmir Avenue Apartments are in G-13. They are three buildings with twenty-one floors and three basements each. According to previous reports, the Kashmir Avenue Apartments, the housing ministry has sent out 796 Provisional Offer Letters (POLs) for A-Category units and 857 for B-category units. However, it was also found that the administration has taken away 184 POLs because fees weren’t paid.

Work has been sped up on FGEHA projects to provide modern housing facilities.

It’s important to know that FEGHA has started several apartment projects in Islamabad and Baluchistan for people who work for the federal government.

DHA Multan grants realtors unique incentives. According to a post on the authority’s Facebook page, the Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has given its real estate agents a special bonus for building.

According to the details, a drawing was held at the DHA Multan Arena to give building plots to real estate agents. Paralympic athlete and DHA Multan Brand Ambassador Haider Ali were also at the event.

Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani, in charge of the project, said at the ceremony that construction in the housing society is going very well. He also talked about the development strategy and how projects happening now and will happen in the future are going. He said again that the DHA Multan team has always taken steps toward progress and liveability, which gives modern life a new dimension.

 

In addition, the post said that the realtors liked how hard the DHA administration worked to give its business partners and valued members the best services.
