People say that the new design and strategy of the LDA Engineering Wing would save PKR 3 billion in construction costs. It is what people say. If the Kalma Chowk underpass were to be extended, it would be in the shape of a V, with traffic going to the CBD from the extension. The second part of the underpass will lead to the Firdous Market on the other side. Flyover: People who drive to Liberty from Firdous Market will be sent to Liberty from a one-way road. Imran Amin, the CEO of CBD, met with Ahmad Aziz Tarar, the Director-General of the LDA, for a meeting. The LDA may also rebuild Kalma Chowk. The CBD may also give the LDA the job. Finally, the CBD will decide how the LDA plan will work.

The commercial plots in CBD’s flagship Lahore Downtown have been sold in a record-setting money-making move. As a result, there will be a green infrastructure for the project. There are some problems with this, though. Because of the project’s location and the increased traffic in Gulberg, an LDA official has recommended that the road be changed and widened. In addition, the Punjab government wants to build an elevated expressway from Gulberg to the M-2 motorway to cut down on traffic jams.
