LDA devised a novel method for ensuring the quality of construction materials. The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has developed a new mechanism for monitoring the quality of construction materials’ quality in large-scale projects. According to the new Quality Control Mechanism, three reports will be generated (QC).

At various stages, reports will be created. Each report on the initiative will be presented to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), the Planning and Development (P&D) Board, and the Anti-Corruption Department. LDA collected samples and also gathered the three reports for the Shahkam Chowk Flyover, Sheranwala Flyover, and Gulab Devi Underpass projects.

LDA will finish underpass and flyover projects by February 2022.

During the initial inspection, it is determined whether the construction quality of the project satisfies established criteria. The third report discusses the project’s consistency.
